AGEING: Grape material from granite soils, specific for rosé vinification. Short mash fermentation (approx. 6 hours), then juice extraction. Displacement with in-house yeasts. Fermentation at 11-15°C for 2-3 weeks.
AROMA: Summer, sun, rosé: attractive strawberry and raspberry notes, ripe peach and apricot. A colorful fruit basket suitable for the most beautiful time of the year.

RATING: Smoky mineral notes and a tight acid structure provide the necessary backbone. Round and soft finish with some spice.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: terrace wine; as an aperitif; to prawns with aioli; Red mullet with wild garlic risotto and all fresh summer salads.

This region is famous for its cool climate and fresh sea breezes that blow in from Cape Town, especially in the afternoon. A microclimate that is almost predestined for elegant white and red wines.
