AGEING: Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. After a short maturation in steel tanks, this wine is released for sale young and fresh.

RATING: Notes of gooseberries and guava with hints of lime and passion fruit. Aromatic on the palate with a fine structure. Long-lasting, seductive finish.

The top wines are marketed under the winery name "Huia", which derives its name from a beautiful species of New Zealand bird that became extinct in the early 20th century. "Hunky Dory" stands for remarkably expressive wines that are accessible and "easy-to-drink" and cover the classic characteristics of a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
