STORY: The liqueur is a homage to Dirk Verpoorten's grandmother Elly, who first prepared the recipe in Straubing, Bavaria.
-
RATING: Warm and pleasant on the nose. Aromas of coffee, dark chocolate, spicy notes and a hint of caramel. Wonderfully strong, round notes of vanilla, chocolate and anise unfold on the palate, ending in a malty sweetness that is perfectly rounded off by hints of spice. The finish with aromas of sweet caramel dessert and roasted nuts, just wonderful.

INGREDIENTS: HirschRudel herbal liqueur consists of 31 wild herbs (lovage root, gentian, valerian root, centaury, angelica root, coriander, speedwell herb).
