VINIFICATION: The grapes from the individual lots were harvested ripe, healthy and differentiated from each other. After the traditional mash fermentation, there is a standing time of 4 weeks in the red wine fermenter to promote the aroma extraction. Controlled fermentation takes place in steel tanks and storage in wooden barrels without external intervention (fining or similar).
