Glendalough Wild Rosé Gin Ireland (4 x 0.7l)

• STORY: The flora in the Wicklow Mountains is rich and natural. With their gin, the guys from Glendalough capture the magic of this terroir in an unadulterated way, based primarily on wild herbs and fruits that grow in the immediate vicinity: elderflowers, wild raspberries, roses and woodruff as well as typical Irish herbs such as orris root or yarrow.

• VINIFICATION: Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin is used with hand-picked, fresh rose petals to create the Wild Rose Gin. With rare wild roses, fragrant "Heritage" roses and the old award-winning variety "Damask rose", which was already cultivated in ancient times. Together they create this naturally pink and very floral gin. After distillation, the gin is refined with even more rose petals to intensify the aromas and the beautiful pink hue.

• AROMA: With the rose petals, Wild Rose Gin is not just a pink gin. In order to really understand the complexity and depth, this floral, fragrant and aromatic gin simply has to be tasted.

• RATING: Initially soft notes of juniper and fresh rose, then a wonderful combination of soft sweet spices and mild rose water with hints of citrus.

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Enjoy on the Rocks. Also wonderfully refreshing with tonic water.

They are harvested by hand with the utmost care and with great consideration for nature, and a few hours later they are freshly distilled and not, as is usually the case, in the dried state. Only small batches with less than 250 liters per batch are filled. With the rose petals, Wild Rose Gin is not just a pink gin.
