AGEING: There is no whiskey more Irish than Pot Still. Distilled in traditional Irish copper kettles (=pot stills), this whiskey receives its finishing touches after 3 years of aging in bourbon casks in rare Irish oak casks* for up to 1 year.
AROMA: A true potpourri of sweet and citric notes, vanilla, caramel and banana on the nose in combination with earthy herbal tones, spicy oak and leather.

RATING: Soft, warm and buttery on the palate with typical Pot Still flavors of malt and spices, yet perfectly integrated with caramel pears, cinnamon and nutmeg.
