AGING: Single grain whiskey made from 90% corn and 10% malted barley. Aged in new Bourbon casks for a minimum of 3 years and then refined in Grand Cru Burgundy casks for up to 12 more months.
AROMA: Fine but rich aromas of leaves and leather with vanilla and dark cherries on the nose.
EVALUATION: Fruity and fresh on the palate with notes of citrus and ripe berries. With an earthy finish, the aromas of woody spices such as pepper and allspice complete this complex whiskey.
