STORY: Labouré-Roi was founded as a family business in 1832 and has been one of the largest wine merchants in Burgundy ever since. The company is based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, where 1,100 barrels can be stored in the old original cellars under ideal conditions.

VINIFICATION: The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand in order to obtain an optimal harvest. After the harvest, there is a maceration period of around 4 to 8 days at 8°C.
