STORY: In a world in which many things often seem interchangeable and irrelevant, there is a need more than ever for people who step out of line, dare something new and steadfastly go their own way. Like our friends from Finca Las Moras. Already known for their unwavering urge to innovate, with their Los Intocables Malbec they truly knock the bottom out – a whiskey barrel mind you.

VINIFICATION: The grapes come from carefully selected plots with sandy, loamy soils and very low yield. Hand-picked, they result in a highly concentrated, full-bodied and deep dark elixir. Its corners and edges are finely ground during a 12-month maturation in oak barrels in which famous American bourbon whiskey previously slumbered.

AROMA: Intense fruity aromas of cherries and black currants on the nose with the typical roasted notes of vanilla and caramel.
RATING: On the palate, an exceptionally soft taste experience crowned by a subtle sweetness, highly concentrated and full-bodied with that "certain something".
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Steak eg with a rosemary-mustard crust; grilled

Like our friends from Finca Las Moras. Already known for their unwavering urge to innovate, with their Los Intocables Malbec they truly knock the bottom out – a whiskey barrel mind you. After all, they treat their latest creation to a slumber in ex-bourbon casks and ironically name the wine after the famous group of FBI agents who, against all odds, wanted to put an end to Al Capone's alcohol trade in the 1930s: The Incorruptibles - "Los Intocables".
