• VINIFICATION: After harvesting using the latest technology, 2/3 is fermented in stainless steel and 1/3 in large wooden barrels with temperature control.

After taking over the winery from their father Norbert, they subjected their vineyards to a thorough inspection and determined which grape varieties best suited which soils and plots. In addition to Palatinate classics, many international grape varieties can also shine. The wines show their fruity, powerful and fresh side. Her rebellious streak goes hand in hand with amazing everyday usability. The three white wines bottled especially for us are no exception.
