STORY: Loire Proprietés is an association of winemakers dedicated to producing quality wines in the Loire Valley. Authentic country wines and unique wines from classified designations of origin build on the special terroir and the excellent climatic conditions of the region.

AGEING: The vines grow on soils composed mainly of clay, limestone and slate. After the gentle harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. The must is pumped to stainless steel tanks for fermentation, where fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures.

EVALUATION: Finely rosé in the glass. Pleasantly fresh with a balanced acid structure. Fruity aroma with fine perlage.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Wonderful as an aperitif, with dessert or to celebrate!
