• STORY: Once again, Matteo Bernabei's (Castello Toscano) genius in wine is shown through his very personal Lugana project. His legacy (il laghetto) is a fresh, fruity Lugana from the sun-kissed Trebbiano vineyards on the southern shore of Lake Garda.

• VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Matured deliberately without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.

• EVALUATION: In the glass, the wine reveals a brilliant golden yellow color with green reflections. In addition, aromas of flowers, green fruit and freshly cut grass on the nose, fresh tannins and gripping acidity on the palate with notes of peach and lemon, elegant mineral tones on the finish.

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION : Goes well with sushi, poultry, fish
