Pinotage Rosé has been produced on the Delheim family estate for over 40 years. It is not only one of the best rosé wines on the South African market, but also enjoys great popularity worldwide. The Delheim Pinotage Rosé is pressed from about 93% of the red wine grape variety Pinotage and a small proportion of the white Muscat grape, which gives the wine a delicate aromatic-spicy note and ensures a soft, harmonious taste experience. The grapes for this excellent rosé wine are harvested by hand in the vineyard and again strictly selected on the winery. After they have only been on the mash for a very short time, fermentation is started and supported with the help of yeast. This process has proven itself over time to guarantee the noble taste of Delheim Pinotage Rosé vintage after vintage.
