STORY: The Bestheim winegrowers' cooperative was created from the merger of the renowned wineries from Bennwihr and Westhalten, each of which has a long tradition in Alsatian viticulture.

AGEING: The vines grow on vineyards with unique soils in the heart of the Vallée Noble, near the village of Westhalten at the foot of the Vosges foothills, where the climate is Mediterranean.

EVALUATION: Bright yellow in colour. On the palate it shines with fine fruit and flattering fullness with fine perlage. Alive with a lasting finish.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Wonderful as an aperitif, with dessert or to celebrate!
