STORY: Montagne Saint Émilion wines are characterized by their elegance, pleasantness and rapid development potential. The Château Tour Calon is a good example of this. Like a grand cru, it is stored in small oak barrels for twelve months and thus develops its own, yet very accessible character. Year after year, the organic-certified winery produces high-quality wines that are typical of Saint-Émilion.

VINIFICATION: Selective manual harvest followed by selection at the sorting table, subsequent cold maceration in stainless steel tanks, then classic fermentation with our own yeasts. Maturation in barrique barrels.
AROMA: In the glass, the Bordeaux presents itself in a cherry red with brilliant reflections. The bouquet is dominated by notes of fresh red fruits such as currants and raspberries, but also light vanilla aromas.
EVALUATION: On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and balanced with fine and spicy tannins.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: classic entrecote bordelaise, braised prime rib, lamb
