STORY: The château bears the name of its first owner in the 13th century and, after a few years of lying fallow, has been successfully managed again for 40 years.
-
AGING: The average age of the vines is around 40 years. The vines grow on clayey and calcareous soils. After the harvest, the wines are vinified under controlled fermentation and then refined in cement tanks and oak barrels.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
-
EVALUATION: Rich fruit is evident on the palate, paired with vanilla tones that give the wine a round structure.
-
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Ideal with red meat, sauces, grilled dishes or cheese. Open around half an hour before enjoying!
