STORY: Between the rivers Garonne and Dordogne lies one of the most attractive appellations of Bordeaux. It bears the poetic name "Entre-Deux-Mers" and is planted for the most part with the white grape variety Sémillon.
-
VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Matured deliberately without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.
AROMA: exceptionally fresh bouquet of flowers and summer fruits.
ASSESSMENT: On the palate, fruit and breed are paired with rich, delicate acidity.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: An excellent aperitif for many occasions, of course very good with fish and seafood, as well as with the first fresh asparagus
Between the rivers Garonne and Dordogne lies one of the most attractive appellations of Bordeaux. It bears the poetic name "Entre-Deux-Mers" and is planted for the most part with the white grape variety Sémillon. The combination with the noble vines Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle gives the white wine from Claude and Bernard Greffiers an easily recognizable, very independent personality. Their Entre-Deux-Mers exudes the typical scent, great aroma and fruity race of a Sauvignon family, while the Sémillon vines contribute rich body and full-bodied honeyed spice. Visually bright and radiant, the bouquet contains delicate fruit notes, fine minerality, jasmine, hawthorn and roses, which are close together in an animating way. With their Moulin de Launay, the Greffiers offer a wine that goes well with white meat, fish and seafood.
