STORY: Château Moulin de Curat was founded in the early 20th century. In the 80's the vineyards were successfully restructured to increase the quality of the yields.

AGING: The vines grow on chalky and clayey soils and are on average 30 years old. After harvest, the must is fermented after a maceration period under temperature-controlled temperatures.

AROMA: Aromas of blackberries and blackcurrants paired with spicy notes.

RATING: Wonderfully full and rich, balanced and round on the palate. Aromatic, lasting finale!

SERVING RECOMMENDATION: A perfect accompaniment to leg of lamb with herbs or goat meat. Also recommended for fine cheeses. Recommended drinking temperature 15-17°C.
