STORY: Already with the first colonization by the Romans of this unique area of "La Clape", once called "L'Ile du Lac" (the island in the lake), the riches found there were used: the limestone and the wood of the green oak.
-
VINIFICATION: Harvesting is done exclusively by hand. After harvesting the grapes, a carbonic maceration takes place for the Grenache portion, and a traditional maceration for the Syrah portion. The wine is aged in tanks for a total of 6 months. Then it is bottled and released for sale.

-
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: An ideal accompaniment to pizza, pasta and rice dishes, grilled meat or meat dressed in sauce. Also good with many milder cheeses.
