STORY: The Château Hermitage Mazeyres farms only around 8.5 hectares in the famous Pomerol area. The philosophy is to fully develop the terroir under the given climatic influences.

VINIFICATION: The soils in the classified Pomerol area are mainly gravel and flint, the vines are on average 30 years old. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. Traditional vinification at controlled temperatures, aging in French barriques followed by bottle aging.

AROMA: Expressive berry aromas, toasted wood notes, and hints of exotic spices.
- EVALUATION: Soft on the palate, with soft tannins and supple. In the finish with hints of vanilla, harmonious and complex.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Wonderful with game and mushroom dishes and lamb. Also good with tender beef. Recommended serving temperature approx. 16-18°C. Open at least 1 hour before enjoying!
