-
STORY: Located north of Libourne and east of Bordeaux, the vineyards of Château Grand Bossuet cover just 5.5 hectares.
-
AGEING: Harvesting is done mechanically using modern harvesters. After a gentle pressing, the grapes are fermented using traditional methods at controlled temperatures. The wine refines briefly in tanks before being bottled young to unfold its full fruit.
-
AROMA: Aromas of ripe berries and vanilla.
-
EVALUATION: Expressive on the palate with generous structure and full-bodied, with tannins well balanced and ready to drink.
-
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: At a recommended serving temperature of 16-18°C, it goes wonderfully with red meat, but also with poultry and fine cheeses. Open a few hours before enjoying!
