STORY: Since it was founded in 1967, Prodiffu has now grown to 800 member winegrowers who maintain a total of 6 cooperative wineries. All areas are southeast of Bordeaux on the right bank of the Gironde.

AGING: After the harvest and fermentation of the grapes at controlled temperatures, a traditional aging takes place in steel tanks, where the wine refines for a few months before being bottled and released for sale.

AROMA: With aromas of raspberries and blackcurrants as well as spicy notes.

EVALUATION: Supple on the palate with fine and pleasing tannins. Nice, balanced structure.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Excellent with red meat dishes, poultry and cheese platters. Drinking temperature 16-18°C.
