STORY: Maison Alexandre Bonnet is a traditional champagne house in Les Riceys, which is now part of Groupe Lanson-BBC. The own vineyards of the Pinot Noir grapes are 45 ha, which are grouped around the village of Les Riceys.
-
VINIFICATION: The grapes are always harvested by hand, plot by plot, at the ideal degree of ripeness. After the gentle pressing, the must is analyzed and then filled into stainless steel tanks for the first fermentation.
AROMA: Magnificent pink color with purple reflections. The bouquet is complex, with nuances of berries, raspberries and black currants.
EVALUATION: The same aromas can be found on the palate, combined with a pleasant freshness and a fine perlage. The aftertaste is long-lasting.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: As an accompaniment to fruity desserts or as the basis for an extravagant cocktail, it's a hit! Also a wonderful aperitif. Recommended serving temperature 8-10°C.
