STORY: The very good wines of the Celliers des Dauphins winegrowers' association come from the Rhône Valley wine-growing region. For more than a hundred years, their wines have been convincing with a lot of charm and joie de vivre and enchant connoisseurs with their juicy, fruity character.

VINIFICATION: After the hand picking, the grapes for this wine are immediately sorted in the winery and carefully broken. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine then matures on the fine lees for a few months.

AROMA: Aromas of black currant, blackberry, honeydew melon and grapefruit, with a hint of vanilla.
