STORY: The very good wines of the Celliers des Dauphins winegrowers' association come from the Rhône Valley wine-growing region. For more than a hundred years, their wines have been convincing with a lot of charm and joie de vivre and enchant connoisseurs with their juicy, fruity character.

VINIFICATION: After the harvest, the grapes for this wine are immediately sorted in the press house and carefully broken. Fermentation takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for a few months.

AROMA: Aromas of blackberries, sour cherries and prunes with a hint of vanilla. .
