AGEING: Aging for 6 months in used barriques
AROMA: Hand-picked grapes are dried in open wooden crates for a month, losing around 30% of their weight.

RATING: The result is a high concentration, intense fruit aromas and a lot of spice with round tannins.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Good with grilled or roasted meat or on its own throughout the evening.
