• STORY: The wines from Castel Firmian bring you the whole diversity of Trentino into your glass, an impressive landscape with a very long wine-growing tradition: characterized by high mountains, terraced areas, right down to the Lake Garda plain.

   

• EXPANSION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Matured deliberately without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.

• JUDGEMENT: Shows a light straw yellow in the glass, this Italian white wine smells of ripe apples, pears, peaches, pineapple and a hint of camomile. A fine acid structure on the palate, fruity with floral notes of chamomile.

• SERVING SUGGESTIONS : It is an excellent aperitif and goes perfectly with appetizers, white meat and fish.

The wines of Castel Firmian have found their home in the Rotaliana plateau, which is called the most beautiful vineyard in Europe. The name refers to the castle of the same name, an aristocratic residence built in 1480, which dominates the landscape and offers a wonderful view of the vineyards of the plateau. The range includes varietal wines, characterized by elegance, freshness and a great accessibility.
