• EXPANSION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Matured deliberately without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.

• JUDGEMENT: In the glass, this white wine shines in a rich straw yellow with green-golden reflections. Its aromatic scent of ripe fruit, orange blossoms and honey is complemented by fine notes of sweet yeast pastries. Expressive and powerful on the palate, with refreshing sweetness and strong notes of melons and ripe peaches, with a velvety texture.

The wines of Castel Firmian have found their home in the Rotaliana plateau, which is called the most beautiful vineyard in Europe. The name refers to the castle of the same name, an aristocratic residence built in 1480, which dominates the landscape and offers a wonderful view of the vineyards of the plateau. The range includes varietal wines, characterized by elegance, freshness and a great accessibility.
