• EXPANSION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Matured deliberately without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.

• JUDGEMENT: Fresh, fruity rosé with lively acidity from Vinho Verde. Shows up in the glass with a strawberry pink colour. Aromatic, fruity bouquet with notes of blackberries, strawberries and guava.

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION : Enjoy it in summer as an accompaniment to barbecues, Mediterranean salads, Italian cuisine, grilled fish or chilled all year round as an aperitif wine.
