• AGEING: Gentle fermentation at low temperature, cuveeting of the individual plots before malolactic fermentation, aging in stainless steel tanks.

Your Bodega Casa de Lúculo is located in the extreme north of the DONAVARRA, where both the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean have an influence. Here she does an excellent job with the Garnacha Atlántica grape, which she describes as "the hidden gem of Navarre and the region's identity". The Lúculo wines come from the oldest Garnacha vines in Baja Montana, almost 100 years old, and express the unique character of this unspoilt region. The counterpart "Cátulo" reflects the fresh and untamed face of Garnacha and pays homage to the Roman philosopher Catullus. The winery is managed according to strict organic standards.
