• VINIFICATION: Canevel sparkling wines are characterized by a uniquely delicate and silky-soft perlage. The basis for this is sparkling wine at a controlled low temperature using pure cultured yeasts. Fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature.

Since then, the "little cellar" has become one of the most interesting and successful Prosecco houses in Valdobbiadene-Conegliano Superiore DOCG. Canevel sparkling wines are characterized by a uniquely delicate and silky-soft perlage. The basis for this is sparkling wine at a controlled low temperature (between 12 and 14 degrees C) using pure yeasts. The rich clay and marl soils of marine origin give the wines an intense mineral note. Particular attention is paid to the single-layer crus. With the Terre del Faè from the prestige location of the same name, a precious Extra Brut Spumante is presented, which expresses the soil and climatic conditions of its homeland in an unmistakable way with its crisp, dry taste and the delicate bouquet of vine blossoms, almonds and reindeer.
