STORY: The Cantine Cooperative Riunite was founded in 1950 in the province of Reggio by various wineries as a cooperative for the marketing of wines from Emilia Romagna.

DRINKING TEMPERATURE: Only yeasts from our own production are used for fermentation at controlled temperatures. The cold fermentation of the Lambrusco Superiore lasts more than a month before it is released for sale fresh and young.

JUDGEMENT: Intense red paired with hints of violet and slowly softening foam. Vinous, fruity with hints of peach stones. On the palate lovely to sweet, soft and harmonious.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION : A good accompaniment to many dishes, wonderful for dessert. Fresh and refreshing, this wine is also a good accompaniment to mild summer evenings.
