STORY: The Cantina Valdadige is, as the name suggests (Valdadige means Adige Valley), in the Adige Valley south of Rovereto. It is one of those small, well-run cooperative wineries that no longer lump everything together and end up producing moderate wine. Rather, batches of different quality are developed separately here.
