STORY: One of the first wine cooperatives in South Tyrol was founded in 1893 in the middle of the Terlano wine-growing region. At that time, 24 winegrowers set themselves the goal of joint production and sales promotion. Today, the Terlan Winery is one of the smaller companies in the country with around 120 members, a cultivation area of 150 hectares and a total annual production of 18,000 hl or 1.4 million bottles.

AGEING: manual harvest and selection of grapes; gentle whole cluster pressing and clarification of the must through natural sedimentation of the turbid matter; slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats; Storage and maturation for 5-7 months on the fine lees, 80% in steel tanks, the rest is stored in large wooden barrels.

AROMA: Aromas of apricots, tangerines and passion fruit mixed with aromatic components of elderflower, nettle and mint.

EVALUATION: The fruity impression continues on the palate paired with a fine acidity. Good structure and the mineral and at the same time aromatic finish are particularly convincing.
