AGEING: temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Storage and aging on the yeast for 6 months, partly in stainless steel tanks (70%) and partly in large wooden barrels (30%).
AROMA: The color enchants with a light straw yellow and a fine greenish shimmer.
ASSESSMENT: In the mouth, the Sauvignon offers a bouquet of apricot, gooseberry, peach and elderberry aromas, a subtle spicy note and a voluminous structure.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: The ideal accompaniment to dark meat, fried or in a spicy sauce.
