VINIFICATION: The Appassimento method is a production method in which the grapes are dried before fermentation. With the tank wines, this takes place on the vine, which means that the grapes are only harvested when the berries are already raisined and have lost most of the water.

AROMA: Aromas of raisins and prunes paired with Mediterranean spices.

RATING: A powerful experience on the palate. Despite its intensity, it remains gentle and approachable thanks to its residual sweetness. A subtle note of chocolate and a long finish give the wine complexity.
