STORY: The Union des Vignerons is located in Cruzy, south of the Saint-Chinian's vineyards, 30 km from the historic town of Béziers in Languedoc-Roussillon.

AGEING: The vinification takes place traditionally in cement tanks at a controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts. A few months aging in French oak allows the aromas to be fully expressed before the wine is bottled for sale while still young.

AROMA: Notes of violets and blackcurrants, with subtle toasted notes and hints of wood.

RATING: Rich, intense and complex. Wonderfully soft on the palate, with a full body and an unforgettable finish!
