STORY: The wines of Saint Auriol are the result of a deep understanding of the Languedoc-Roussillon and the associated growing areas, profound knowledge of viticulture and permanent tastings.

VINIFICATION: Depending on the degree of ripeness of the grapes, they are read by hand or by machine. The vinification is traditional, the grapes are destemmed and then fermented under strict temperature control. Overflow is used to extract larger amounts of coloring and flavoring from the berry skins.

AROMA: Notes of cassis, raspberry, liquorice, underscored by the typical spiciness of Cabernet Sauvignon.

EVALUATION: On the palate, the wine is fresh and full-bodied with ripe fruit. The tannins are very soft and well integrated into the wine. Yummy! .

SERVING RECOMMENDATION: The wine is a suitable accompaniment for all types of grilled meat, vegetables au gratin and mild cheese. Recommended drinking temperature approx. 16°C.
