STORY: Labouré-Roi was founded as a family business in 1832 and has been one of the largest wine merchants in Burgundy ever since. The head office is in Nuits-Saint-Georges.

VINIFICATION: The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand in order to obtain an optimal harvest. After the harvest, there is a maceration period of around 4 to 8 days at 8°C. Then the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures of 28ºC. Finally, it refines for a few more months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled and released for sale.
