STORY: Labouré-Roi was founded as a family business in 1832 and has been one of the largest wine merchants in Burgundy ever since. The head office is in Nuits-Saint-Georges.

VINIFICATION: The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand in order to obtain an optimal harvest. The aromas are optimally extracted from the grapes by fermentation at controlled temperatures of approx. 20°C in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wine ages in the tanks for a few more months before being bottled at optimum maturity and released for sale.
