STORY: Rafael Cañizares, who studied oenology, started his Bodegas Volver project in La Mancha, Alicante and Jumilla in 2004. The basis for this are partly ancient and due to their low yield almost forgotten vineyards with often still ungrafted vines.

VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently processed and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. The wine then matures in French oak barrels for 18 months.

AROMA: Aromas of blackberries, elderberries, cherries and a light note of vanilla.

EVALUATION: Complex and velvety on the palate with soft tannins and a long finish.
