STORY: Rafael Cañizares, who studied oenology, started his Bodegas Volver project in La Mancha, Alicante and Jumilla in 2004. The basis for this are partly ancient and due to their low yield almost forgotten vineyards with often still ungrafted vines. Through his great enthusiasm and a careful selection of individual parcels, characterful wines are created here that reflect their origin and regularly win international awards.
