STORY: The Bodegas Salentein were founded in 1996 by the Dutchman Meindert Pon. Located in the Valle de Uco, they are considered pioneers in viticulture in this area, which is about 100 km south of Mendoza. The ultimate goal is the production of first-class wines, always with respect for nature as the most important resource. 700 hectares of own vineyards are located around the winery at an altitude of 900 to 1,700m above sea level at the foot of the mighty Andes.
