Grüner Veltliner thrives particularly well on these loess soils. The Birgit Eichinger Grüner Veltliner Strass is a typical local wine. His grapes are picked and selected by hand and gently pressed without fermentation. It impresses with its fruity, fresh aromas and its delicate spiciness with a lively acid structure. You can literally feel the different soils on the palate, from loess to gneiss and sandstone. The white wine is a true reflection of its Strass origins. Enormous drinking pleasure for the money!
