STORY: The Bestheim winegrowers' cooperative was created from the merger of the renowned wineries from Bennwihr and Westhalten, each of which has a long tradition in Alsatian viticulture.

VINIFICATION: The yield is limited to 80 hl/ha. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After an appropriate aging period in stainless steel tanks, the wine is bottled relatively young in order to preserve its typical fresh fruit.

RATING: Dry with fine sophistication and a bouquet full of character and pleasant mineral and floral notes.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Optimal drinking temperature 8-10°C.
