STORY: The Bestheim winegrowers' cooperative was created from the merger of the renowned wineries from Bennwihr and Westhalten, each of which has a long tradition in Alsatian viticulture.
-
VINIFICATION: The vines are in an ideal geographical location around the village of Bennwihr in Alsace. The yield is limited to 80 hl/ha. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After an appropriate aging period in stainless steel tanks, the wine is bottled relatively young in order to preserve its typical fresh fruit.
AROMA: Light red color with hints of pink.
EVALUATION: On the palate with fine, typical rosé notes, fruity and fresh.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Serving temperature 8-10°C. An excellent accompaniment to roast poultry, red meat dishes from Alsace, game dishes and hearty cheeses.
