STORY: The Bestheim winegrowers' cooperative was created from the merger of the renowned wineries from Bennwihr and Westhalten, each of which has a long tradition in Alsatian viticulture.
-
AGING: After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After an appropriate aging period in stainless steel tanks, the cuvée is created and the wine is bottled relatively young in order to preserve its typical fresh fruit.
-
EVALUATION: The bouquet is subtle with fine fruit notes. On the palate there are mainly fresh and fruity aromas, which are rounded off by a full-bodied and well-balanced structure.
-
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8° .
-
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: An ideal accompaniment to fine and light meats and game dishes rich in finesse.
