STORY: The story of Georges Désiré shows how, through hard work, dedication and integrity, one can become a winery owner even in the 19th century.

VINIFICATION: The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand in order to obtain an optimal harvest. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by malolactic fermentation at 28ºC. Finally, the wine is aged in 228 liter French oak barrels, the "Pièce Bourguignone", before being bottled and released for sale.
