STORY: Labouré-Roi was founded as a family business in 1832 and has been one of the largest wine merchants in Burgundy ever since. The head office is in Nuits-Saint-Georges.

VINIFICATION: The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand in order to obtain an optimal harvest. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by malolactic fermentation at 25ºC. Finally, the wine matures for a few more months in steel tanks before it is bottled at the optimum level of maturity and released for sale.

EVALUATION: Expressive on the palate, supple and soft with a long-lasting finish. .
