STORY: These honest wines owe their captivating nature to the Grenache grape variety from the Rhône Valley, which produces fresh, extremely fruity and wonderfully uncomplicated wines in the vineyards of southern France.
-
VINIFICATION: After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Matured deliberately without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.
AROMA: The Beau Chêne Rouge flows out of the bottle in a strong red color and exudes a scent of red fruits, thyme and wild garrigue bushes.
RATING: A wonderfully soft-tasting wine flatters the palate, with a perfect, not too broad fruit abundance.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Ideal for lightly seared meat and grilled dishes.
Although we, as Hanseatic citizens, tend to be modest and reserved, let's jump over our shadow and pat ourselves on the back. With the Beau Chêne wines, we have made a find that will be a lot of fun for all of us. These honest wines owe their captivating nature to the Grenache grape variety from the Rhône Valley, which produces fresh, extremely fruity and wonderfully uncomplicated wines in the vineyards of southern France. The Delaunays have specialized in varietal pure Grenache wines and brought it to perfection with their aging. Incidentally, this also applies to the price, which – for a liter bottle – is more than impressive.
